Education Qualification
- For Post Code 01 to 05 :- Metric (Class X) with 2 years ITI in any the following Trades :
(1) Electronics Mechanic
(2) Instrument Mechanic
(3) Electrician
(4) Machinist
(5) Fitter - For Posts Code 06 to 10 :- Higher Secondary (Class XII) with minimum of 45% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates and 40% in case of SC/ST candidates against reserved position with valid Heavy Driving License .
- For Posts Code 11 :- 3 Years Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Civil /Electrical & Electronics /Electronics Engineering from Recognized Institute / University with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for general & OBC candidates & 45% in case of SC/ST candidates against reserved position .
Age Limit :-
- Minimum 18 Years and Maximum age shall be 26 years for General category candidates.
- Relaxation in upper age limit up to 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (Non-cremylayer) as per government norms,will be given to these who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989.
