An online recruitment rally for Soldier General Duty (Sol GD), Soldier Technical (Sol Tech), Soldier Technical (Avn & Amn), Soldier Technical Dresser (RVC)[NA (Vet)], Soldier Clerk/Store Keeper (Sol Clk/SKT), Sol NA and Soldier Tradesmen (Sol Tdn) for seven districts i.e Ghazipur, Sonbhadra, Varanasi, Chandauli, Jaunpur, Mirzapur, Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadoi) who have registered online and outsider sanction candidates will be conducted at PG College, Ghazipur from 20 Apr 2018 to 02 May 2018. - Min Metric/SSLC/10th Class pass from Education Boards/Institutions recognized for enrolment with minimum 33% marks in each subject (not applicable in additional subjects) and 45% marks in aggregate with the exception that the candidates from Sampurnanand Sanskrit Vishwa Vidyalaya, Varanasi, in addition must have passed Purva Madhyam with English as compulsory subject. Candidates passed in Supplementary exams possessing requisite percentage are eligible. For Hindi Sahitya Sammelan Allahabad Institutions only. - Education Boards Grading System. Minimum of D grade (33-40) in individual subjects or grade which contains 33% and overall aggregate of C2 grade (41-50) points is considered eligible for recruitment as Soldier GD with marks stipulation.
- 10+2/Intermediate pass or more need not have 45% marks in Metric / SSLC /10th.
- Visual Standard. The visual standards for Infantry GD, Driver (Other than Animal Transport Drivers), GD (AFV), Gunner (GD) (AAD, DMT, DS DPMT and MP will be 6/6 each eyes (Uncorrected without glasses or contact lenses). - Minimum 10+2 / equivalent pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% in aggregate and 50% in each subject from Education Boards / Intermediate Institutions recognized for enrolment. The candidate should have studied and passed English and Math / Accounts / Book Keeping at 10th or 12th level. Even if a candidate is a graduate or has a higher qualification, percentage marks scored in Class XII would be applicable towards his eligibility. In case the candidate is a graduate but not having English and Math / Accounts / Book Keeping subjects, he should have secured more than 50% in English and Math / Accounts / Book Keeping at least once in Class X or Class XII.
- A candidate who has mandatory qualification with laid down percentage will be accepted even if he has passed in supplementary exam for 10+2 / Intermediate.
- A candidate with Vocational Higher Secondary Certificate (VHSC) of Kerala Board should have passed in Part I, II and Group II or III of Part III for enrolment with 50% marks in each subject and 60% marks in aggregate if qualified in Math and Accounts in class 10th. Simple pass in VHSC, if graduate, is acceptable OR A candidate with Vocational Higher Secondary Certificate (VHSC) of Kerala Board should have passed in Part I and II and Group I or IV of Part III for enrolment with min 50% marks in each subject and with 60% in aggregate if not qualified in Math or Accounts in Class 10th

- Min 10th. Chef Community, Steward, Washerman, Dresser (Barber), Painter, Tailor, Equipment Repairer (Support Staff), and Artisan (Wood Worker).

Documents Required for Army Bharti Rally . Candidates will bring Original and two photocopies of following documents at the rally site.
- Admit Card. Printed on Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size).
- Photograph. Twenty copies of unattested Passport size colour photographs developed on
good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three months old.
Computerised/ photoshoped photographs will NOT be accepted. - Education Certificates. All educational qualifications achieved by candidate i.e.
Madhyamik/ Intermediate/ Graduation etc from recognised School/ College/ Board/ University.
Degree holder candidate will produce Provisional/ Original Degree issued by University. - Permanent Residential Certificate (For Odiya Candidates). Nativity/ Permanent Residence Certificate is required to be issued by DM/ ADM(G)/ SDM/ SDO and Domicile Certificate issued by DM/ SDM on office letter pad with candidate’s photograph, office round stamp specifying that candidate is Permanent Resident of that village. Temporary/ Ordinary Residential Certificate will not be accepted. Online certificate wherever relevant should be printed on a good quality paper and legible.
- Permanent Residential Certificate In case of Non-Odiya Candidates. Nativity/ Permanent Residence Certificate issued by DM/ ADM(G)/ SDM/ SDO and Domicile Certificate issued by DM/ SDM as per rules applicable in respective Districts with round stamp and designation stamp. Temporary/ Ordinary Residential Certificate will not be accepted.
- Character Certificate and Un-Married Certificate. From Village Pradhan/ Sarpanch or Chairman of those candidates, who are staying in city (under municipality), on printed official pad duly affixed with round stamp on the candidate’s photograph and Character Certificate valid for six months from date of issue. Candidates less than 21 years of age should be unmarried and in possession of un-married certificate endorsed by Gram Pradhan/ Sarpanch or Chairman on the Character Certificate itself. Birth certificate to be carried by candidates during registration and rough document check.
- NCC Certificate. Candidates having NCC A/ B/ C certificates should have photograph of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority. Provisional NCC A/ B/ C pass certificates will only be accepted if authenticated by concerned NCC Group Commanders. Certificates issued prior to the date of the run of the candidate will only be accepted
- SOS/ SOEX/ SOW/ SOWW Candidates. Candidates are required to produce the
documents on the rally site . Details Given on advertisement. - Outstanding Sportsmen Certificate. Certificate of outstanding sportsmen should have
been issued by the Recognised Sports Association/ Sports Federations. - Caste Certificate for Schedule Tribe. To be issued by DM/ ADM (G)/ SDM/ SDO with photograph of candidate duly attested by issuing authority as per prescribed format for issue of Caste/ Tribe Certificate by the Government of Odisha.
- Outsider Sanction. Outsider Sanction issued by Recruiting Directorate, IHQ of MoD (Army)/ HQ Recruiting Zone, Kolkata as applicable, in case of candidates from other states
- Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & Aadhar Card. Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & Aadhar Card are mandatory documents for final enrolment for purpose of Pay & allowances and other social benefits scheme.
- Affidavit. Duly signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Non-judicial Stamp Paper as per specimen duly attested by notary would be submitted by candidate during the Rally Document Check.
- Xerox Copies. All Xerox copies will be self attested as per policy of Govt of India. Candidates must carry three sets of Xerox Copes of all above documents duly self attested.
How to Apply :- All candidates will Apply Online for the Recruitment Rally. The candidates will register themselves by going to the site www.joinindianarmy.nic.in which will open from 19 Feb 2018 till 04 Apr 2018. i.e. till 15 days before the rally. Post 06 Apr 2018 all candidates will download the admit card and carry a printed copy of same to the venue on the date of their district.
