Applications, on the prescribed proforma given below, with complete Bio data alongwith attested copies of relevant testimonials i.e. proof of qualification, date of birth, category belongs to and two attested passport size photographs affixed out of which one should be pasted on the right upper side of the application, are invited for five (05) posts of Peon upto 5.00 P.M on 13.03.2020 as per detail given below:-

Education Qualification :- The candidate should have knowledge of Punjabi language upto middle standard.
Age limit :- The candidate should be between 18 to 35 years of age as on 1.1.2020. The relaxation of age will be given to the candidates belonging to reserve category, as per instructions of the Hon’ble High Court as well as Punjab Government.
Pay Scale :-Fixed monthly emoluments in the pay scale of 4900-10680+ 1650/- GP (pay will be granted as per Punjab Govt. letter No.7/204/2012- 4FPI//66 dated 15.01.2015 and further revised vide Punjab Govt.
SELECTION CRITERIA The selection of the candidates will be made purely on merit basis to be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the interview.
DATE OF INTERVIEW The interview will be conducted as per the following schedule:-

this office i.e. https://districts.ecourts.gov.in/ferozepur . The candidate will be
solely responsible to appear in the interview. No separate information in this
regard will be sent to the candidates.
NOTES
- The incomplete applications and those received after 5.00 P.M. on due date i.e. 13.03.2020 shall be rejected, without assigning any reason. This office will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery, whatsoever.
- Before applying the post, the candidate should ensure that he/she fulfills eligibility criteria. This office shall reject the applications not fulfilling the requisite criteria at any stage of recruitment and if erroneously appointed such candidate shall be removed from the service.
- All the candidates will appear alongwith their original testimonials in the office of undersigned on the date fixed for interview. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for the said purpose.
