ONGC WOU, Mumbai Notice for submission of scan copy of challhan slip, only for Candidates mentioned in the list enclosed.

List of candidates not being considered for further process of recruitment (Advt. No. 04/2018, WOU, Mumbai) due to non-submission of scan copy of challan form as a proof for payment of application fee with transaction date during 12.12.2018 to 02.01.2019
Vide Notice dated 10.01.2019, A list was displayed on ONGC Website with the header “Notice for submission of scan copy of challhan slip, only for Candidates mentioned in the list enclosed. (Recruitment Advt. No. 04/2018, WOU, Mumbai). Subsequently the candidates have submitted their scan copy of challan payment made vide an email. However, the following candidates have not submitted their scan copy of challan payment made within a stipulated time period. Hence the following candidates are not considered for further process of recruitment no. 04/2018, WOU, Mumbai. Incase of any queries in this regard kindly write an email to recttongcmumbai@ongc.co.in by 17.01.2019, 1800 Hrs.

It is observed that the journal number entered by the following candidates in online application does not match with the bank transaction data. Hence it is requested that following candidates should send scan copy/image of challan payment slip through email to recttongcmumbai@ongc.co.in as a proof for deposition of Application fee.
यह देखा गया है कि ऑनलाइन आवेदन में निम्नलिखित उम्मीदवारों द्वारा दर्ज की गई पत्रिका संख्या बैंक लेनदेन डेटा से मेल नहीं खाती है। इसलिए यह अनुरोध किया जाता है कि आवेदन शुल्क जमा करने के प्रमाण के रूप में निम्नलिखित उम्मीदवारों को ईमेल के माध्यम से चालान की भुगतान प्रति की स्कैन कॉपी / प्रतिमा को ईमेल के माध्यम से recttongcmumbai@ongc.co.in पर भेजना चाहिए।
- सबसे पहले नीचे दिए गए PDF लिस्ट में अपना registration_no चेक करें |
- अगर आपका रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर जिस में पाया जाता है तो आपको चालान की scan copy/image of challan payment slip नीचे दिए गए ईमेल पर भेजना होगा |

i.e for example Challan Copy <<180102000109>>. - Kindly attach Scan copy of challan form with stamp of SBI branch and send it to email ID: recttongcmumbai@ongc.co.in
- Last date of sending the challan scan copy is 13.01.2019, 18:00 Hrs.
Note: In-case any of the following candidates fail to send the scan copy of challan form on or before 13.01.2019, 18:00 Hrs, their online-application will not be considered for further process.
