Applications (Omine mode) are invited from male & female Indian citizcns (including a subject of Ncpal & Bhutan) for filling up 104vacancics to the post of Constable (GD), Group ‘C- (non-Gazelled & non-Ministerial), on temporary basis likely to be pellnanent in ITBPF against SpOlis Quota. The post has All India liability and selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India and even abroad. On appointment, the candidate shall be govel11ed by the ITBPF Act and Rules and other Rules applicable from time to time. On appointment they shall be entitled f(n the pension benefits as per the ‘New Restructured Defined ContributOlY Pension Scheme’ applicable fill’ the new entrants to the Central Govel11ment Services w.e.r 01.01.2004. The last date for receipt of applications is 31.10.2016 for all States except for Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Meghalaya. Nagaland, Ttipura, Sikkim. and Ladakh Division of Jammu & Kashmir State, Lahaul- Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division ofChamba District of IIi maeha I Pradesh. Andaman & Nieobar Islands and Lakshadweep for which last date is 07,11.2016 ,

 

RECRUITMENT OF MERITORIOUS SIORTSPERSONS TO THE POST OF CONSTABLE (GD)

      • CONSTABLE Educational Qualification: Matriculation or 10th class pass from a recognized Board or University or equivalent.

        Age Limit 18 to 23 years (Cut Off date for determining the age will be 31/10/2016)

        (a) Upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST by live (5) years and for OBC by three (3) years.

        (b)Upper age limit is relaxable up to 05 years for Departmental candidates with three years continuous service and in addition 5 years age relaxation for Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe Hnd 3 years for Other Backward Classes who compete alongwith candidates from open recruitment.

        (c) Upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in case of the children and dependent family members of those killed in 1984 riots and riots of 2002 in Gujarat. SC/ST/OIlC relaxation as per Govt. instructions will be in addition. Children and dependent family members shall produce a Certificate to that clTcel from the concerned District Collector where the victim was killed.

        (d)Upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in case of all persons who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the pcriod W.e.f 1st day of January 1980 to 31st day of December 1989.

 

Application fee:
The candidates belonging to General and OBC category shall be required to pay Rs 100/- (Non Refundable) as application fee in form of Indian Postal Order (IPO) in Favour of the DIG, BTC, ITBP for each post. Number and date of IPO should he mentioned on application form at earmarked space.

How to apply:
Eligible and interested candidates should semi their Applications (Offine mode), duly filled in Hindi or English only complete in all respects in the prescribed profonna as per Annexure-I. The application should he legible and either type written or neatly hand written with blue/black ink or ball pen on one side Only. On full size plain paper with clear passport size photographs affixed at appropriate place on the application form.
