The Urban Development & Housing Department, Government of Jharkhand and in continuation of the Advertisement No – 11 dated-02.01.2018 and advertisement no. 272, dated 15-01-2018, the Urban Development and Housing Department hereby invites applications for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) on contractual basis for providing services in various Urban Local bodies under Urban Development & Housing Department, Jharkhand from eligible candidates having requisite qualifications as enumerated below for providing services against following posts on contractual basis –

- A candidate should have Diploma in Civil Engineering from a Government Polytechnic Institute, Jharkhand or an Institute approved by Government of Jharkhand. & A.I.C.T.E.
- A candidate should be Graduate in Civil Engineering from an Engineering College approved by Government of Jharkhand & A.I.C.T.E.
- A candidate should be resident of Jharkhand and have Diploma/ Engineering degree in Civil branch from an Institute/ Engineering College approved by A.I.C.T.E.
Name of Posts :- Junior Engineer, Electrical
- A candidate should have Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a Government Polytechnic Institute, Jharkhand or an Institute approved by Government of Jharkhand. & A.I.C.T.E
- A candidate should be Graduate in Electrical Engineering from an Engineering College approved by Government of Jharkhand & A.I.C.T.E.

- A candidate should be resident of Jharkhand and have Diploma/ Engineering degree in Mechanical branch from an Institute/ Engineering College approved by A.I.C.T.E
Contract period :- 3 Years or till the regular appointment, whichever is earlier.
Age Limit :- Minimum: 18 years; Maximum: 40 years (Inclusive of all relaxations).
