A recruitment rally for enrollment into Army will be organized by Army Recruiting Office, Trivandrum with effect from 18 April 2018 to 27 April 2018 at Kolachal Stadium, Pangode Military Station Trivandrum for unmarried male candidates from Districts of Trivandrum, Kollam, Ernakulam, Kottayam, Idduki, Alappuzha and Pathanamthitta for Soldier General Duty, Soldier (Clerk/Stores Keeper), Soldier Technical (Arty and Army Air Defence), and Soldier Tradesmen.

INDIAN ARMY RECRUITMENT NOTIFICATION FOR RALLY
INDIAN ARMY BHARTI RALLY Details :-
Category/ Trade :- Soldier General Duty
Age Limits (as on 01 Oct 2018):– 17 Yrs 6 months to – 21 Years
Educational qualification :-
- Should have secured minimum 33% marks in each subject and 45% in aggregate in class X. In case of higher education, stipulation of percentage for aggregate is only waived off.
- For State Education Board including CBSE (Grading System CBSE) Min of D grade (33-40) in each subject and overall aggregate of C-2 grade or 4.75 pts
- For Kerala Board (SSLC/HSE/VHSE) Min C grade in each subject.
Category/ Trade :- Soldier Clk/SKT
Age Limits (as on 01 Oct 2018):– 17 Yrs 6 months to – 23 Years
Educational qualification :-
- Should have secured 60% in aggregate and 50% in each subject in Cl XII. Should have studied English and Maths/Accts/Book Keeping in SSLC or Cl XII and secure min 50% in each of these subjects, in Class X or Class XII.
- If a candidate is graduate with Math and English as his subjects in graduation, he should have secured 50% in graduation in Math /English. A graduate not having English and Maths/Accts/Book Keeping, should have scored min 50% in English & Maths/Accts/Book Keeping in Class SSLC or Class XII.
- VHSC Part-I & II and Gp II or III of Part III with 60% marks in aggregate and min 50% in each subject if qualified in math or accounts in class 10th. Simple pass in VHSE if graduate.
- Part I & II and Gp I or IV of Part III with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject if not qualified in math or accounts in class 10th. Simple pass in VHSE if graduate
Category/ Trade :- Soldier Technical(Arty and Army Air Defence)
Age Limits (as on 01 Oct 2018):– 17 Yrs 6 months to – 23 Years
Educational qualification :-
- 10+2/Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject. In case for grading system C2 grading in each subject and aggregate points 5.
- 10+2/Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with minimum 50% in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject.
- VHSE. Part I, II and Gp I of Part III pass in Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with minimum 50% in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject.
Category/ Trade :- Soldier Tradesmen
Age Limits (as on 01 Oct 2018):– 17 Yrs 6 months to – 23 Years
Educational qualification :-
- 10th/SSLC Simple pass except Trade of House Keeper and Mess Keeper.
- 8th Class pass for House Keeper and Mess Keeper.
Documents Required for Army Bharti Rally . Candidates will bring Original and two photocopies of following documents at the rally site.
- Admit Card. Printed on Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size).
- Photograph. Twenty copies of unattested Passport size colour photographs developed on
good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three months old.
Computerised/ photoshoped photographs will NOT be accepted. - Education Certificates. All educational qualifications achieved by candidate i.e.
Madhyamik/ Intermediate/ Graduation etc from recognised School/ College/ Board/ University.
Degree holder candidate will produce Provisional/ Original Degree issued by University. - Permanent Residential Certificate (For Odiya Candidates). Nativity/ Permanent Residence Certificate is required to be issued by DM/ ADM(G)/ SDM/ SDO and Domicile Certificate issued by DM/ SDM on office letter pad with candidate’s photograph, office round stamp specifying that candidate is Permanent Resident of that village. Temporary/ Ordinary Residential Certificate will not be accepted. Online certificate wherever relevant should be printed on a good quality paper and legible.
- Permanent Residential Certificate In case of Non-Odiya Candidates. Nativity/ Permanent Residence Certificate issued by DM/ ADM(G)/ SDM/ SDO and Domicile Certificate issued by DM/ SDM as per rules applicable in respective Districts with round stamp and designation stamp. Temporary/ Ordinary Residential Certificate will not be accepted.
- Character Certificate and Un-Married Certificate. From Village Pradhan/ Sarpanch or Chairman of those candidates, who are staying in city (under municipality), on printed official pad duly affixed with round stamp on the candidate’s photograph and Character Certificate valid for six months from date of issue. Candidates less than 21 years of age should be unmarried and in possession of un-married certificate endorsed by Gram Pradhan/ Sarpanch or Chairman on the Character Certificate itself. Birth certificate to be carried by candidates during registration and rough document check.
- NCC Certificate. Candidates having NCC A/ B/ C certificates should have photograph of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority. Provisional NCC A/ B/ C pass certificates will only be accepted if authenticated by concerned NCC Group Commanders. Certificates issued prior to the date of the run of the candidate will only be accepted
- SOS/ SOEX/ SOW/ SOWW Candidates. Candidates are required to produce the
documents on the rally site . Details Given on advertisement. - Outstanding Sportsmen Certificate. Certificate of outstanding sportsmen should have
been issued by the Recognised Sports Association/ Sports Federations. - Caste Certificate for Schedule Tribe. To be issued by DM/ ADM (G)/ SDM/ SDO with photograph of candidate duly attested by issuing authority as per prescribed format for issue of Caste/ Tribe Certificate by the Government of Odisha.
- Outsider Sanction. Outsider Sanction issued by Recruiting Directorate, IHQ of MoD (Army)/ HQ Recruiting Zone, Kolkata as applicable, in case of candidates from other states
- Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & Aadhar Card. Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & Aadhar Card are mandatory documents for final enrolment for purpose of Pay & allowances and other social benefits scheme.
- Affidavit. Duly signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Non-judicial Stamp Paper as per specimen duly attested by notary would be submitted by candidate during the Rally Document Check.
- Xerox Copies. All Xerox copies will be self attested as per policy of Govt of India. Candidates must carry three sets of Xerox Copes of all above documents duly self attested.
How to Apply :- All candidates will register for the Recruitment Rally Online at www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Online application will remain open from 19 Feb 2018 to 05 Apr 2018. Only candidates who have registered ‘online’ will be allowed to participate in the Rally. All candidates will report at Rally site on the date and time as mentioned on the Admit Card. Admit card can be downloaded after 11 Apr 2018.
All candidates who have registered on-line will receive the Admit Cards on their E-mail ID with effect from 11 Apr 2018 onwards. Candidates should print the Admit Cards and paste latest passport size photograph
Venue. Venue of the rally is Kolachal Stadium, Pangode Military Station Trivandrum.
