Age Limit (As on 31.01.2017) :- Minimum- 18 years Maximum- 25 years
Educational Qualification :- Must have passed in the 10+2 Exam conducted by CHSE, Odisha or ICSE or CBSE or any other equivalent examination.
Examination fee:- All applicants other than SC, ST Category have to pay Exam fee of Rs.100/-. The fee can be deposited through online mode by logging into the OSSSC website: www.osssc.gov.in or by the conventional mode of deposit in any Government Treasury under Head of Account- “0051-P.S.C.-104-UPSC/SSC-Examination Fee-0047-Fees collected for conducting Examination by OSSSC-02213”. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. The detailed instructions for both online and offline payment of Exam fee have been explained under Para-6(II) below. Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes candidates are exempted from examination fees.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Physical Standard Test, Efficiency test & Written Test.
Conventional Mode: Candidates can pay through the Conventional mode into the Treasury challan under the “Head of Account-0051-PSC-104-UPSC/ SSC- Examination Fees-0047-Fees collected for conducting Examination by OSSSC-02213”.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online through the website www.osssc.gov.in from 27-12-2017 to 01-02-2018.

- Choose the advertisement & Read the Notification.
- Complete the Registration if candidate would be new user.
- Enter the login details if candidate have already registered.
- Fill-up the required fields in the Application Form.
- Check once before submission of application form.
- Take print copy of application form for future use.
