OSSSC Pharmacist & Multipurpose Health Worker Recruitment 2024
Applications are invited online through the OSSSC website www.osssc.gov.in for recruitment to the district cadre posts of pharmacist and multipurpose health worker (male) in various district establishments under the Health and Family Welfare Department of Government of Odisha. The district-wise total vacancies for each post to be filled up by this recruitment and reservation for each category of candidates are indicated at Notification. The recruitment is being conducted according to the Odisha Sub-Ordinate Staff Selection Commission (District Cadre) Rules, 2012; the Odisha Pharmacist Service (Methods of Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2019; and the Odisha Multipurpose Health Worker (Male) Service (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service), Rules 2019, as amended up to date.

Qualification for OSSSC Pharmacist & Multipurpose Health Worker Recruitment
- For Pharmacist: A candidate must have passed +2 Science Examination under Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha/equivalent and Diploma in Pharmacy/B. Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) from Government Medical College & Hospitals of the State/any other recognized private institutions duly approved by A.I.C.T.E. and examination conducted by the Odisha Pharmacy Board.
- For Multi Purpose Health Worker (Male): A candidate must have passed +2 Science Examination under Council of Higher hav Secondary Education, Odisha/ equivalent age with Diploma in Pharmacy from any mu Government Medical College and the Hospitals of the state/ any other private institutions duly recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India/A.I.C.T.E.

- Minimum Age Limit: 21 Years
- Maximum Age Limit: 38 Years
- As on Date for the Post of Pharmacist: 15-12-2023
- As on Date for the Post of Multipurpose Health Worker (Male): 01-01-2023
