Educational qualification .

  1. Deputy Commissioner (Group-A) 
    1. At Least a secong class Master’s Degree.
    2. B.ed or Equivalent degree.
  2.  Assistant Commissioner (Group-A ) 
    1. Masters Degree from a recognized university with atleast 45% Marks.
    2. B.ed or equivalent degree.
  3. Administrative Officer  (Group-A ) :- Graduate
  4.  Finance Officer (Group-B)  :- B.Com with 50% marks in the aggregate and atleast 4 years post qulification experience in the Audit and Accounts works. OR M.com with 50% Marks and atleast 3 years post qualification experience in the Audit and Accounts works. OR CA(Inter) or ICWA (Inter) OR MBA (Finance) or PGDM (Finance) (2 Years full time or 3 years part time) with 2 years psot qualification experience in the audit and Accounts works 
  5. Assistant Engineer (Group-B)  :-  Graduate in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University OR 3 Years Diploma in ELectrical Engineering from a recognized Institute .
  6. Assistant (Group-B)  :-  Graduate with 3 years experience as UDC in Central /State Govt./ Autonomous Bodies / Public Sector Undertakings .
  7. Hindi Translator (Group-B)  :- Master’s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level
  8. Upper Division Clerk (Group-C) :- Graduate and Knowledge of Computer Applications
  9. Stenographer (Group-C) :-  12th Class or equivalent from a recognized Board or University .
  10. Lowe Division Clerk (Group-C) :- Class XII Pass or equivalent qualification from recognized Board or university . A typing Speed of 35 w.p.m  in English or 30 W.pm in Hindi on Computer
  11. Librarian (Group-B) :–  Bachelors Degree in Library in Library Science OR Graduate with one year Diploma in Library Science from a recognized Institution .and Working Knowledge of Hindi & English .

How to Apply :- Candidates are required to apply Online through Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Website at www.kvsangathan.nic.in .No other Means/ mode of application will be accepted.

Application Fee 

  • For The post of Deputy Commissioner , assistant Commissioner , Administrative Officer , the Application fee will be Rs. 1200/- for each post.
  • For the post of Finance Officer , Assistant Engineer, Assistant , Hindi Translator , UDC , Stenographer Grade – II , LDC & Librarian , The Examination fee will be Rs. 750/- for each post.
  • No Fee is required to be paid by candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH and Ex- Servicemen Categories , Hence the steps for payments of fees wil not be applicable to them in online application form.
