NOTIFICATION FOR RECRUITMENT OF MERITORIOUS SPORTS PERSONS IN THE CADRE OF INSPECTOR OF INCOME TAX, STENOGRAHER, TAX ASSISTANT, MULTI-TASKING STAFF AND CANTEEN ATTENDANT, 2023

The Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (Pr.CCIT), Mumbai Region, invites applications from meritorious sportspersons for appointment as Inspector of Income Tax, Stenographer Grade II, Tax Assistant, Multi-Tasking Staff, and Canteen Attendant. Before making an application, the applicants are required to go through the detailed guidelines, eligibility criteria, vacancy position, other conditions, and instructions for direct recruitment given below to ascertain their eligibility for the post:

Education Qualification Income Tax Department Sports Quota Recruitment- 

  • Inspector of Income-tax (ITI)   – A Degree From Recognized University of equivalent qualificaiton.
  • Stenographer Grade-II (Steno) – 12th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
  • Tax Assistant (TA) – A Degree From Recognized University of equivalent qualificaiton.
  • Multi-tasking staff (MTS) – Matricualtion or Equivalent Pass .
  • Canteen Attendant (CA)  – Matricualtion or Equivalent Pass .
