ICFRE Vacancy Details :- 

The Information Technology Division, Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE) invites applications for Research Associate (RA) and Junior Project Fellow (JPF) in the field of Web development and Networking on temporary basis.

Name of Posts :- 

• Research Associate (RA)
• Junior Project Fellow (JPF)

Educational qualification and experience:

• Research Associate (RA) :-  The candidates possessing doctorate degree or having 3 year experience after post graduation in Engineering/Technology or MCA in first class will be eligible for Research Associate.
• Junior Project Fellow (JPF) :-  Applicants must possess at least first class Post graduate degree in Engineering/ Technology or equivalent/ MCA.

Age Limit :- 

• Research Associate (RA) :- The upper age limit for RA shall be 35 years on the 1st day of June of the year in which the application is made. The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in case of candidates belonging to scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, women, physically handicapped and OBC applicant.
• Junior Project Fellow (JPF) :- The upper age limit for ]PF shall be 28 years on the 1st day of June of the year in which the application is made. The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in case of candidates belonging to schedule castes / scheduled tribes, women, physically handicapped and OBC applicants.

Stipend:

• Remuneration of Research Associate (RA) will be Rs 36,000/ month + HRA
• Remuneration of JPF will be Rs 16,000/ month + HRA

Tenure: 2 years.

Required skills for Research Associate (RA) :

• Proven experience of working in PHP and MySQL Application Development
• Experience in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery
• Strong OOP, MVC experience.
• Strong debugging skills and the ability to easily and quickly read and modify existing applications Code
• Design, develop and test application according to specification.
• Fluent with design patterns
• Experience with payment gateways, SMS gateways

Required skills for Junior Project Fellow (JPF):  Proven experience in Managing LAN/WAN networks (MPLS technology), video conferencing.

Selection Process :- Candidates will be selected for the interview on the basis of qualifications, experience. Selection shall be made on the basis of their qualification, experience and performance in the interview.
