- No application form will be dispatched against any request received thereafter. High Court shall not be responsible for any postal or other delay in reaching the request for the Application Form in the High Court and the receiving of dispatched application form by the applicant . It is clarified that last date of submission of Application Forms obtained even by post shall be the same as is for those obtaining Application Form by hand. The costs/ fees/ charges/ money remitted in any mode other than Bank Draft/ IPO will not be accepted and no application form will be dispatched
