Education Qualification :-

Senior Treatment Supervisor  (STS)
  • Bechelor’s Degree OR Recognized sanitary inspector’s Course.
  • Certificate Course in Computer Operation  (Minimum 2 Months)
  • Permanent Two wheeler driving license & Should be able to driver two wheeler
Senior Tuberculosis Supwevisor (STLS)
  • Graduate
  • Diploma in medical laboratory technology or equivalent from a govt recognized institution.
  •  Permanent Two wheeler driving license & Should be able to driver two wheeler
RNTCP Laboratory Technician (LT) / Sputum Microscopist Intermediate (10+2) and DIploma or certified course in medical laboratory Technology or equivalent .

 

Age Limit :- 

  • Minimum age :- 18 Years
  • Maximum age :- 65 Years

Application Fee :- आवेदन हेतु प्रत्येक पद के लिए सामान्य कोटि पिछड़ा वर्ग अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग के आप बीटी गांव को ₹400, अनुसूचित जाति अनुसूचित जनजाति  के  आबिद गांव के लिए ₹200 का डिमांड ड्राफ्ट आवेदन के साथ संगठन करना अनिवार्य होगा |   ड्रॉप का भुगतान District Tuberculosis Officer  के नाम का तथा Garwha में भुगते लिखा हुआ होना अनिवार्य होगा |
