Minimum Qualification and UR relevant work experience
- Company Secretary – S/he should be a graduate in any discipline and shall have a valid membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India should possess 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Manager (Finance) – S/he should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with post-qualification experience of minimum 3 years.
- R & R & Environment Manager – Post Graduate Degree in Environmental Science / Engineering having relevant experience of not less than 3 years in Govt. Department / PSU
- Accountant – Accountant retired from the office of the Accountant General / Auditor General / PSUs / State Government having knowledge of Microsoft Office / taxation and taxation related matters. OR Graduate in any discipline and CA (Inter) with relevant experience of not less than 3 years in Govt. Department / PSU.
- Assistant – Assistants retired from Bihar Secretariat Service having knowledge of Microsoft Office. OR Graduate in any discipline and Diploma in Computer Application having relevant experience of not less than 3 years in Govt. Department / PSU.
General Instructions:-
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply and the appointment shall be strictly on contract basis for 11 (eleven) months which may be renewed subsequently depending upon satisfactory performance.
- The mode of selection is through interview and only shortlisted candidates shall be called for the same
- Reservation Policy mandated by the Government of Bihar shall be adopted for appointment.
- Mere fulfillment of eligibility conditions as laid down in the advertisement does not entitle a candidate to be called for Interview.
- Before submitting the application form, the candidate must ensure that she / he fulfills all the required eligibility criteria for the post applied.
- In case of more than one application by candidate for the same post, only latest application will be considered.
- No modifications are allowed after candidate submits the application form. If any discrepancy is found in the information filled by the candidate in the application form and that of the original testimonies, the candidature of such candidate is liable to be rejected.

- The candidates must enclose self-attested copies of certificates pertaining to age, caste, mark sheet / certificates of all educational qualifications, membership of professional body (if any), proof of experience and should bring 2 sets of photocopy of all documents at the time of interview.
- No TA / DA will be admissible for appearing at the interview whatsoever.
- Legal jurisdiction will be Patna only.
