It’s registered Head office is located at Patna. It has been established to implement and accelerate the Building Infrastructure Projects in the state of Bihar. Qualification :- 

• Asst. General Manager (Finance) – CA/ MBA (Fin.) From a Recognized University
• Assistant Architect – Graduate in Architecture from recognized University or Registration form council of Architect.
• Interior Designer – Graduate in Architecture with Diploma in Interior Desigining from recognized University .
• Junior Engineer (Civil) –  Diploma in Civil Engineering from a Recognized Reputed institution in India .
• Accountant – Cum- Cashier – MCA (Finance) / Bachelor of Commerce from a Recognized University / Institution .
