Education Qualification :-  अभ्यार्थी को राज्य सरकार केंद्र सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक या समकक्ष की उपाधि|  साथ ही साथ हिंदी आशुलिपि में 140 शब्द प्रति मिनट की आशुलिपि गति  तथा हिंदी एवं अंग्रेजी  टाइपिंग  में 35- 35 शब्द प्रति मिनट की गति होनी चाहिए |
