Co-operative Society act 1965, section 122, subsection (1) of the cooperative department under notification no. 366C-12-36/7/71 dated: 04/03/1972 for recruitment of co-operative employees and has an authority for disciplinary control. By the Government Notification no. 2213/49-2-2002-26(73)2002 dated 04/01/2003 declared to the board as an authority for cooperative union.
