The Staff Selection Commission will Conduct an open examination for recruitment to the posts of Constable (General Duty) in Border Security Force (BSF),Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) , Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) , Indo Tibetan Border Force (ITBP),Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB),National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Secretariat Security Force (SSF) and Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles as per Recruitment Scheme Formulated by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and as per the Memorandum of Undertaking Signed Between Ministry of Home Affairs and the Staff Selection Commission . The Recruitment process will Consist of Computer Based Examination (CBE) ,Physical Efficiency Test      ,Physical Standard Test (PST) and Medical Examination .

Age Limit :- 18 – 23 years as on 01.08.2018 . Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02.08.1995 and later than 01.08.2000.

• Fee Can be paid Through SBI Challan /SBI Net Banking or by using Visa, Master Card , Maestro Credit or Debit Card.

Candidates of Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2018 may please note that the facility for submission of online applications for the said examination, which was scheduled to be made available to the candidates, on the new website of the Commission from 21-07-2018, could not be done, due to a major technical problem. Experts are working overtime to address the said problem and it is proposed to provide the requisite facility at the earliest

• Payment through Challan of SBI can be made at the designated branches of SBI within the Banking hours up to 21-09-2018, provided the challan has been generated before the closing date and time for receipt of applications i.e. 17-09-2018 (5 PM). However, other terms and conditions will remain the same.
